SOMINOT, Zamboanga del Sur (Aug. 7, 2018) – The PNP personnel of
Sominot MPS conducted police operation on wanted person (Service
of Arrest Warrant) at about 3:30pm of August 05, 2018 at Purok 3, Sitio Lamak,
Barangay. Rebe, Lala, Lanao Del Norte.
The
Police identified the arrested wanted person as Diomedes Sedrome Y Rabanes aKa
“Diome”, 57 years old, farmer, married and a resident Sitio Lamak, Brgy. Rebe,
Lala, Lanao Del Norte.
The
accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal
Case Number 03-10,348 forMurder issued by Hon. Judge Loreto P Quinto, Presiding
Judge, RTC, 9TH Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, ZamboangaDel Sur dated
October 25, 2004, No Bail Recommended.
The
accused is now temporarily detained at SominotMPS detention cell waiting for
court disposition.
