SOMINOT, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 4,
2018) - The Cabanatuan
City Police Station, Nueva Ecija and Sominot Municipal Police Station carried
out a Police Operation against Wanted Person in Purok 3, Barangay Barubuhan,
Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur at around 6:00 P.M. of October 3, 2018, police
official said.
Police
Regional Office 9 PIO Chief PCINSP Helen L. Galvez disclosed that the operation
was resulted to the arrest of the suspect identified as Victor Gumatay Y Mutya
A.K.A. Victor Tagaoc Y Gumatay, 42 years old, carpenter, single, and a resident
of aforementioned place.
The
operating team arrested the accused by virtue of Alias WOA docketed under Criminal
Case # 26509-AF for the crime of Homicide with bail bond recommended of Forty
Thousand Pesos (Php40,000.00) issued by Hon. Judge Trese D. Wenceslao,
Presiding Judge of RTC, 3rd Judicial Region, Branch 28, Cabanatuan City dated
August 15, 2018, Galvez said.
Galvez
added that the subject wanted person was immediately apprised of his
constitutional rights and was brought to Sominot MPS for proper disposition.
Same will be subjected for booking and documentation prior turn-over to proper
judicial authority who issued the warrant.
