SOMINOT
Zamboanga del Sur (July 5, 2018) - The
PNP personnel of Sominot Municipal Police Station (MPS) successfully arrested a
housewife during the successful conduct of police operation on wanted person
(Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 5:00 AM of July 04, 2018 at at Purok 7,
Brgy. Bulanay, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Police identified the arrest housewife
as Marry Macalua Y Looc, 39 years old, married and a resident of Purok 7, Bgry.
Bulanay, Sominot of this province.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest ocketed under Criminal Case Number Q-R-QZN-18-04754-CR for
Libel in relation to R.A. 10175 issued by Hon. Judge Arthur O. Malabaguio,
Acting Presiding Judge, RTC of National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 93,
Quezon City with a recommended bail of Thirty Thousand (Php30,000.00) pesos for
her temporary liberty.
The accused is now temporary detained
at Sominot MPS detention cell waiting for court disposition.
